With over 25 years experience including senior corporate roles and leading executive development in management consultancy, Helen has built her authority not on theory, but on direct, transformative impact for global clients.

    With a professional and academic interest in neurodiversity, she dives beyond surface-level inclusion and is driven by the belief that unlocking the unique brilliance of every mind—especially those traditionally overlooked—is not just good ethics; it's the ultimate commercial and human imperative for resilience and radical innovation in the future of work.

    Through her research, fearless writing, and delivery of global programs, Helen challenges the status quo with precision and passion. Cutting through the corporate jargon she delivers sharp, provocative insights with a no-nonsense wit in her keynote speaking and media writing.

    With almost 30 years of experience in driving organisational potential through its people within complex, multinational environments she cuts through the detail and noise to identify specific, actionable client needs.

    Demonstrating a proven ability to design, launch, and manage global initiatives, Angela  has been instrumental in building leadership excellence at all levels, as well as designing award-winning management programs.

    With a strong foundation in executive development, and a passion for fostering growth, Angela ensures seamless service delivery of all of our clients. Deeply passionate about identifying specific commercial needs, she develops collaborative trusted-advisor relationships with our clients putting her at the heart of driving excellence at Belonging@Work®
